This program is a MICROSOFT EXCEL ADD-IN. This add-in DOES come with an installation file. It does require Microsoft Office Excel version 2007 or higher. Please note that installing the program from the installation file will only place the add-in on your machine. To have it always present inside Excel you will need to click the ‘Install/Uninstall’ button on the Excel Draw ribbon (please see image below).
- First/Last Name Swapping can only happen accurately if the selected names are formatted in one of the following ways:
- First Last (ex. John Smith)
- First Middle Last (ex. John Mark Smith)
- First Middle Last Ext. (ex. John Mark Smith Jr)
- Auto Backup works by having CelTools installed. Running the add-in without installation can result in a failure to back up your file.
- Auto Backup will overwrite any backup-files that utilize the same name. This means that if you start a new book without first changing the name you will overwrite the previously backed up ‘Book1.xlsx’ document in your backup list.
- 3D Panning and Zooming on charts only works on charts generated with CelTools with the generated scrollbars or with pre-generated scatter chart type graphs using the Zooming/Panning user interface window.
- 3D Line, 3D Spline and 3D Scatter plots have their origin automatically set to 0, 0, 0.
- 3D Line, 3D Spline and 3D Scatter plots must be formatted in X Y Z data (3 columns).
